Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders unless an expedite option is selected at checkout.
  2. Orders may be filled by the store OR the manufacturer. Shipping MAY take 10 business days depending on availability.
  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers can view their shipping costs at checkout before making a purchase.
  4. Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.  
  5. Shipping Restrictions:  We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  6. Shipping Changes: Any changes to shipping address or method must be requested before the order is processed. Once an order is shipped, changes many not be possible.
